Kris Humphries tried to serve Kanye West with subpoena in Nordstrom box

Brooklyn Nets forward Kris Humphries tried to pull a fake on his nemesis Kanye West by sending a deposition subpoena inside a Nordstrom box to ex-wife Kim Kardashian's house, her lawyer said on Wednesday at their divorce proceedings.

The slick move was done by a "strange individual who showed up at Kardashian's southern California home July 16 and proceeded to loiter for "two to three hours" asking for her famous rapper boyfriend, Kardashian's divorce lawyer Laura Wasser told a judge.

"Our process server rang the doorbell and amazingly she answered. . . He asked if (West) was present, and she said he was on the telephone," Humphries lawyer Marshall Waller told a judge.

Wasser claimed that Humphries' legal team is dragging out the divorce to "take down reality TV," claiming Kardashian has already spent $250,000 on legal fees.

The couple was married for only 72 days and are in the middle of a bitter divorce.  Apparently, Humphries doesn't know the way to Kim K's heart but knows how to get his ex to open the door— a box-and-one.
