Lindsey Vonn stoked about Tiger's resurgence to No. 1

No one was more excited to hear that Tiger Woods reclaimed the title as the No. 1 golfer in the world than his new girlfriend Lindsey Vonn.

The Olympic skier tweeted her feelings on Twitter with more exclamation points than a kid at Christmas.

This could be the beginning of an onslaught of well orchestrated tweets and publicity photos that will flood the media as the serial cheater Woods clings to his top spot and one of America's sweethearts, Vonn, rehabs her way to the 2014 Olympics. A public relations flack couldn't have manufactured it any better because it's perfect for this social media day and age. Or could they?

It's nice that the new world's top sports couple — Woodsey or Linger to some — thought their simultaneous "outing" of their relationship and prom quality photos last week would curb the paparazzi. But if they think that will hold off the crush of cameras the next time they're together, think again.

Much happiness to the new couple. Let the ickiness begin.
