It's been just over two months since Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul almost blew off his whole right hand in a July 4 fireworks accident and in those two months since, JPP has shown his hand to very few people.
Pierre-Paul traveled to New York on Sept. 7, where the Giants training staff finally got their first look at his hand. The team doesn't seem to think Pierre-Paul will be able to play anytime soon with a right hand that's missing a portion of the thumb and the entire right index finger due to amputation.
And how bad is Pierre-Paul's hand?
The New York Daily News answered that question on Thursday when it obtained a picture of JPP's hand and posted it to Twitter:

Pierre-Paul posted on Instagram earlier this week that he would be "back soon."
"God can turn any situation around for the better," JPP wrote. "Your hard times will lead to the best times of your life. Don't believe the hype ... Be back soon!"
