Here's another story about a referee getting blindsided on a high school football field but, before you start screaming kids today, this incident had no sinister intentions.
On Friday night, Midland Lee (TX) High School kicker Luis Aranda lined up for an extra point against El Dorado and let's just say he got a little help from that official.
The ball made it through the uprights—but not before the low kick bounced off the ref's face and over the crossbar to get there.
