The Utah Jazz signed five-year-old boy to their roster for Monday's night's team scrimmage — and man did the little guy come through.
J.P. Gibson, a boy who has been battling lymphoblastic leukemia since 2012, always wanted to play with his NBA heroes and the team made sure his dream came true through the "Anything Can Be" project.

Near the end of the third quarter, the Jazz brought in Gibson as a sub. They gave him the ball and let him drive down the court before a member of the team lifted him up throw down a slam dunk.
The best part — J.P. looked like he's done it before.
