Jason Peters gives Trent Cole sweet birthday cake with knife on it (PHOTO)

Eagles linebacker Trent Cole celebrated his 32nd birthday on Sunday with a sack, a tackle, and a win over the St. Louis Rams.

And teammate Jason Peters gave his busy teammate a birthday cake — a sweet gift that highlighted the linebacker's love for hunting.




Hope the defensive duo ate it fast before the do-gooding PC police find some sort of offense with the frosted knife.
