Speaking on Showtime's "Inside the NFL" this week, Scott said the team was not divided this season and, instead, suffered from what usually makes teams lose: A lack of talent on the field.
"You can ask Tim Tebow. You can ask anybody in there. We were together," Scott said. "There was never any complaining ... guys worked hard . You know what the problem was with the New York Jets this year? We didn't have enough quality players to win. Simple as that."
Scott sounded especially peeved at the way the media covers his team.
"I didn't like the personal attacks,"he said. "A quick example now is the media following Rex [Ryan] down to the Bahamas. I mean, who does that? ... I can't imagine them going out and catching (Giants coach) Tom Coughlin laid out ... and following him... We are in the same town but we are covered differently."
bartt maybe you should go across the stadium and play for the team with all the talent(giants) they are a couple of linebackers away from hosting the super bowl next year, you wouldnt even have to move your family
