Caitlyn Jenner will likely not face felony charges for a fatal California car crash in February, a report said.
LA County Sheriff’s investigators viewed a video of Jenner’s SUV hitting a Lexus, back when the transgender Olympic great was still known as Bruce, and determined the accident to be ordinary negligence, TMZ said.
Jenner was not intoxicated or texting during the horrific accident, which killed 69-year-old Kim Howe.
The highest charge Jenner could face is misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter but, according to TMZ, these cases typically get dismissed altogether.
The news comes right before Jenner is scheduled to receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs on Wednesday night.
