The only goal of the Polish Ekstraklasa match between Lechia Gdansk and Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biala was a bizarre one.
In the 29th minute, Podbeskidzie goalkeeper Richard Zajac received a routine backpass from one of his defenders and took a moment too long to decide what he wanted to do with it. This allowed Lechia midfielder Maciej Makuszewski to get right in front of him. So the cocky goalkeeper hastily kicked the ball off of Makuszewski's face, causing it to bounce into his own net.
Makuszewski was credited with the easiest goal of his career and Lechia won 1-0. While Zajac turned out to be the only one who didn't save face.
