No. 134-ranked tennis player’s behind-the-back return might be shot of the year (VIDEO)

No. 134-ranked Japanese tennis player Yoshihito Nishioka defeated No. 153-ranked Jared Donaldson in three sets in the second round of the Aptos Challenger tournament Thursday.

Got your attention yet? Well, hold your rackets.

In the third set of his victory, the two exchanged a wild volley that ended with Nishioka hitting a ridiculous behind-the-back return up the sideline for the point.

And many are calling it the shot of the year.

So we'll forgive Nishioka's exuberant drop the racket moment afterwards:

The announcer was equally flabbergasted, saying, "Oh no ... I mean ... come on!"
