Justin Upton throws helmet in dugout, hits teammate in head (VIDEO)

Maybe Justin Upton should just stick to throwing baseballs from the outfield.

After getting picked off at second base by Rockies reliever John Axford in the eighth inning, the angry Padres outfielder attempted to throw his helmet in frustration in the team's dugout, but his helmet slipped out of his hand and smacked teammate Yonder Alonso in the head.
Alonso, who was standing on the dugout fence with his back to Upton, then threw a fit of his own, tossing trash in the Padres dugout before heading to the locker room. He was replaced in the game by Austin Hedges.

Surprising that Alonso's bird's nest hairdo didn't cushion the blow.
