Jerry Seinfeld let it be known last month that he was "insanely furious" at the Mets broadcast network, SNY, for replacing former pitcher Bobby Ojeda in the booth.
And the Mets' most famous fan was still fuming after finding out that the popular Ojeda's replacement was finally named on Monday — sealing the deal.
Nelson Figueroa is taking over for Bobby Ojeda as analyst on pregame and postgame show. #mets

Nelson Figueroa appears to have started a Twitter account after the announcement was made on Monday — and was quite civil in his response:
@JerrySeinfeld Helllllloooooooo Mr Seinfeld hoping you'll give me a chance to change your mind about me #feelinglikean'87Met

Something tells me this about to turn into a Twitter war about nothing. But Mr. Seinfeld? Them's fightin' words.
