Police find meth lab in golf course porta-potty

Everyone knows it's nasty enough stepping into one of those portable toilets no matter where you are — the smell, the cold seats or oven-like  temperatures.  Now imagine if the stench inside had the added vapors of a portable meth lab to make things worse.

That's what happened when drug agents found a mini meth lab (meth Lav?) inside a porta-potty in the middle of a golf course in Purcell, Oklahoma.

It sounds like the tee shots for these golfers just went from breaking left to Breaking Bad.

"Undercover drug agents defuse a mini meth lab found inside a porta-potty in the middle of a golf course in Purcell," reported KFOR.  "Staffers noticed strange soft drink bottles with chemicals inside the porta-potty  and called police.  Officers soon arrived and realized someone had been inside making meth using the 'shake and bake' method."

Police said two bottles of the stuff exploded before they arrived and a third one was neutralized without any eruptions. Authorities said the chemical explosions could have caused serious injuries if any  bladder-filled duffers had been in the area.

Maybe that was Walter White you saw at the ninth hole?

  1. One of the most important components of golf is your muscle power. Unlike other sports that requires speed and balance, golf requires you to have enough stamina in your arms to give power to your swing for the whole game. It wouldn't do you much good to go all out at the beginning only to get tired after a few holes.
