Cincinnati Reds third baseman Todd Frazier, another Jersey guy by way of Rutgers as well, decided to honor Gandolfini by playing "The Sopranos" theme song as he stepped up to the plate on Thursday.
It was a nice way for the Toms River native to pay tribute to a fellow Rutgers alum inside the Great American Ball Park.
That's the Jersey way.
In honor of james gandolfini (tony soprano)who suddenly passed away Illbe using his song at bat during game 2morrow #jerseyboy #rutgers #rip
