Astros vendor fired for bringing snow cones into bathroom stall (VIDEO)

This could possibly be one of the most unappetizing videos ever shot and make you think twice about the ice at your local ballpark.

An Aramark vendor at Monday’s Royals-Astros game at Minute Maid Park was caught bringing his tray of snow cones into a bathroom stall with him while he did his business on the toilet.

The video, taken by a concerned onlooker, was shot Monday night during the Astros-Royals game and  happened in the first game attended by Reid Ryan in his new role as Astros team president.

Click2Houston broadcast the horrifying footage of the vendor placing the tray of food on the floor next to the toilet bowl.

"I couldn’t believe what I was seeing," said the unnamed fan who turned in the video. "This guy is taking a dump. There’s no doubt about it. What sane person could possibly think, yeah this is a good idea. I’ll just put the food that I’m about to sell on the floor."

Maybe the idiot thought he was working at Minute Made Park.

The Astros have already taken action against the vendor and said Aramark terminated the man immediately upon learning of the incident:

"The Astros share ARAMARK’s view on the importance of food safety and will work with them to ensure that our fans have a safe and outstanding experience at Minute Maid Park. We also commend the fan for his vigilance in pointing out the inappropriate actions of the vendor. The Astros personally thanked him and advised him of the swift action taken in regard to the employee."

Watch out where the Astros roam, don't you eat the yellow snow cone.

  1. Why wasn't the fan arrested for video taping in the bathroom? I am pretty sure it's a criminal act.

    1. What a dip! I am sure the reason he was video taping was to prove what the jerk was doing. This was not a criminal act, would you have wanted one of those snow cones? You should be thanking him, not making stupid accusations.

    2. Hey Dork.
Do you really want people video taping in public restrooms for any reason? I guess it's OK as long as it isn't your wife, girlfriend, or sister in the stall.
Or are you some kind of voyeur pervert.
May be taping men in restrooms turns you on.

    3. Good point. Taping people in a public restroom is creepy. I hope the creep was arrested. Don't mind the guy who called you a dip, he sounds like a loser.

    4. Hard to believe anyone would defend video taping in a public restroom. I guess retarded people can have internet access too.

    6. there were NO Faces Shown and the camera was kept pointing Down the entire video. This was obviously intentional. The photographer is a Hero. Period.

    7. For you to even suggest the video was wrong, it had to be you in the stall, to even insinuate that the whistleblower was wrong for pointing out that sickening/unsanitary act, just gives an idea of the way you live. And I applaud the manner in which he kept you anonymous. Just be thankful that he didn't wait for you outside and had your face plastered all over the "net" as "worlds nastiest vendor" or "the one who". Now that might have been questionable, but then we'd know the identity of who thought that was even close to being "the way to handle that situation" or the person that eats while .... or wants someone to eat after... I guess you wouldv'e flushed picked it up, then thought about washing.
You are the thing there should be a law against!

  2. No one should be taping in the restrooms. We all know shit like that happens when it comes to food vendors. It is just like when you go to a restaurant, they may have dropped the food or spit in it but you will never know. So why would you not expect that at a ball park? If i find someone taping me in the bathroom or my wife's, they will get a beat down period.

  4. the guy saw the snow cone tray on the stall floor. he taped it and nothing more, he didn't tape any other stalls or the rest of the bathroom. that doesn't make him a pervert, he only focused on what was wrong. Hey, he wasn't taping you or your wife, except this for what it is, a Video of someone doing something unsanitary, nothing perverted

  5. Seriously? You can't be that stupid, can you? What the vendor was doing could be deadly. Have you ever even heard of Typhoid Mary? Then you have lack of common sense to say that what the concerned citizen did by videoing a CLOSED stall door out of view of the rest of the bathroom was wrong? I don't care if it was a men's or women's room and yes, I do have a wife and daughter. I don't want this ass clown serving my family something potentially sickening or deadly! Since it seems you either don't have a brain or you just don't engage it, how about you SHUT YOUR PIEHOLE and stop spewing stupidity?

  6. If you morons can't tell the difference between a concerned citizen and a pervert, then I cannot help you. I can't imagine ANYONE would have believed this if he hadn't taped it-nice work.

  7. He didn't videotape the vendor's bare ass, all he did was videotape the snow cones sitting on the floor, and I, a woman, would happily have someone videotape that even if I was sitting in the next stall in order to avoid something like this from happening, he could have sold contaminated food to my children!!!!!!

  8. A real jerk. Don't eat snow cones or ice at park. Ugh

  9. Why does it matter that he was video taping the real problem is the snowcone guy obviously its not like he was bathroom video blogging ... Goodness gracious

  10. How can someone even suggest that the videographer was wrong, He showed no ones face, no nudity, even the employee he reported this to kept him anonymous. Some people have to find the bad even in good, and I suggest that they be the ones to buy and consume that whole tray. We won't have to worry about reading any of idiotic comments. But they are just upset that they got caught in the act. That would be the only reason that someone complain about that incident, OH forgot about the friends and family too! You all enjoy those snowcones, No one else wants them!

  11. He was making shit cones with chocolate toppings...He should have waited and followed the vendor to his next unassuming paying customer and smack that cone in his face for being so foul...No judge or jury would have convicted him for assault!
