Canadian passport gets you free beer in Sochi (PHOTO)

The biggest names for Team Canada in Sochi right now aren't Kingsbury, Bilodeau or even Crosby, they are those old Canuck favorites Molson and Labatt's.

It seems that our friendly neighbors to the north have installed a vending machine which allows athletes to help themselves to a free beer courtesy of this custom fridge in Sochi. Just swipe your Canadian passport, open the door and grab a bottle of 10-proof refreshment that chills inside.

Meanwhile, the U.S. team has a keychain that gets them a free Coca-Cola or Powerade.

Considering that Canada currently leads the gold medal count, maybe they are onto something revolutionary?

Or they hired the McKenzie Brothers as trainers, eh?
