Johnny Manziel watches NFL draft from a barstool before heading to Justin Bieber concert

It looks like Johnny Manziel has gone from being a draft pick to watching the draft flow after a photo of the out-of-work quarterback was posted on social media showing the former NFL quarterback watching the NFL draft proceedings from an Ohio bar Thursday night.

The Los Angeles Rams kicked off the 2016 NFL draft by selecting California's Jared Goff with the first overall pick. And while Goff became the first Cal quarterback to land in the first round since the Green Bay Packers took Aaron Rodgers at No. 24 in 2005, the troubled Manziel was seen watching the event from a bar in Columbus before the former #1 pick reportedly headed off to a Justin Bieber concert.
What a difference a couple of years make.

Australian rugby star facing huge fine, ban for lewd act with dog (VIDEO)

If you thought the antics of Johnny Manziel recently caught on video were shocking, wait until you see the obscene actions that were captured on tape of Australian rugby star Mitchell Pearce.

The Sydney Roosters bad boy make the Browns quarterback look like a choirboy.

Pearce is set to be stripped of the club's captaincy and fined up to $50,000 after video emerged of him forcing himself on a woman, peeing in his shorts and simulating a lewd act with a dog on Australia Day.

The Roosters halfback could be permanently banned from the NRL.

In the video obtained by A Current Affair, a clearly inebriated Pearce is seen making advances towards a female partygoer and being reprimanded for urinating on a couch at a home in Sydney.

After being rejected by the woman, he can be seen picking up a small  Maltese terrier and simulating a lewd act on the dog as its owner tries to snatch it away.

(WARNING: Sexually perverse video)
This latest incident follows the infamous "woman in the yellow dress" scandal from 2014, which saw Pearce evicted from a Sydney pub after allegedly groping a female patron.

He was fined $20,000 and suspended for an NRL match in May after he was arrested following a wild drinking session with teammates.

The Sydney Roosters issued a statement: “The Sydney Roosters are aware of an incident involving Mitchell Pearce. The Club has advised the NRL’s Integrity Unit. The Club will conduct an internal investigation and will be making no further comment at this time.”

Pearce is also likely to be banned from traveling to the UK for next month's World Club Challenge.

Lucky for the NFL, nobody will ever confuse that with Cleveland's Dawg Pound.

Sheriff spotted wearing Manziel jersey on a sheriff motor scooter (PHOTO)

Here’s a guy riding a sheriff’s motor scooter while wearing a Johnny Manziel jersey. Don't know if he's undercover or not, but donning Johnny Football attire must be the worst way to go unnoticed in Oh-oh-oh-Ohio.

Browns players get to wear digital camouflage jerseys for winning contest (VIDEO)

Earlier this year, the Cleveland Browns unveiled new uniforms to mostly mixed reviews, but that new/old look has nothing on the spiffy jerseys that some of the players get to wear in practice.
As a result of winning a daily competition at training camp, Browns defensive players were rewarded with special digital camouflage jerseys.
Good thing the receivers don't wear the camos during the regular season or Johnny Manziel might really have a hard time spotting them.

Johnny Manziel throws water bottle at heckling fan, misses target: Report

Johnny Manziel continued where he left off last season after he tossed a water bottle at a heckler during an incident at the AT&T Byron Nelson golf tournament this weekend — and missed.

The troubled Cleveland Browns quarterback's throw sailed by its intended target but police were summoned to the scene anyway. No charges were filed, reported Cleveland.com.

Manziel reportedly had been turning away autograph requests from the fan for about two hours Saturday during the third round when an exchange escalated in the pool area of the Four Seasons Resort where the PGA Tour event is held, Irving police spokesman James McLellan said.

The water bottled missed the 18-year-old man, and someone who was with Manziel pushed the fan, leading officers to intervene, McLellan said. The fan declined to press charges, and McLellan said no police report was filed.

After the skirmish, Manziel was photographed by several bystanders talking to the police outside the Four Seasons hotel, where the incident took place — a bucket of beer sitting nearby.

Police did not detect that Manziel had been drinking at the time of the incident.

Manziel, the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner at Texas A&M, was recently released from a 10-week stay in rehab and is going through offseason workouts with the Browns.

A stint with anger management could be next.

Johnny Manziel to continue treatment in rehab: Report

Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel remains in a rehab facility for an undisclosed condition.

On Feb. 3, family adviser Brad Beckworth announced Manziel had entered a Ohio facility on Jan. 28 to "improve in order to be a better family member, friend and teammate."

On Monday, Browns head coach Mike Pettine said the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner is still being treated.

Pettine said there has been communication with Manziel, whose controversial rookie season was followed by his entering rehab.

The coach does not know when Manziel will be discharged but reiterated that the "football for us is an afterthought" to Manziel getting well.

In two days, Manziel is scheduled to hit the six-week mark.

Pettine said there was no set end date for Manziel's release, making his availability for offseason workouts uncertain, but is encouraged that Manziel has had a lengthy stay to receive help. He is also confident Manziel will be a better quarterback and will be helped by Cleveland's new coaching additions.

While the Browns wait for Manziel, Pettine said he would be comfortable with newly signed veteran quarterback Josh McCown as the starter next season. McCown went 1-10 as a starter in 2014 for Tampa Bay.

Part of Texas A&M's Kyle Field imploded for $485 million renovation (VIDEO)

Johnny Manziel wasn't the only Texas A&M product that crashed to the ground this weekend, after big chunk of the university's football stadium was demolished to make way for a $485 million renovation.

Three elevator shafts vanished in a cloud of dust Sunday morning as crews imploded one side of Kyle Field with several thousands pounds of explosives, according to KBTX-TV.

The field — known as the biggest stadium in Texas — dates back to 1905, but permanent seating was not installed until the late 1920s. The demolished section of stadium — which included an old press box, alumni seating and suites — will be replaced with new seating for more than 102,000 fans in time for the 2015 season.

Texas A&M will play Ball State on Sept. 12.

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis calls Johnny Manziel 'a midget' (AUDIO)

All of the uncertainty surrounding who will be the Browns quarterback when they play the Bengals Sunday has everyone wondering if Cincinnati's game plan will change if Johnny Manziel replaces Brian Hoyer.

Asked if that would be the case during an interview on 700 WLW, Marvin Lewis came back with a short response.

"No ... you've got to defend the offense, you don’t defend the player ... particularly a midget,” said the Bengals head coach.

Wow. We all know Johnny football is smaller than most NFL quarterbacks but come on.

Here's the audio track:

Soon after that interview, Lewis said he was sorry.

"I apologize to Johnny and the Browns and all the fans in Cleveland," Lewis said. "It was just a poor remark. I seriously did not imply anything by it."

It sounds like coach forgot one little segment of the population in his apology.

Johnny 'Football' Manziel stars as Johnny Bravo in cartoon spoof (VIDEO)

Johnny Manziel has always come off as some sort of Saturday cartoon character — whether it was Superman on the field or Jughead in the nightclubs. So it was only natural for Johnny Football to be immortalized in toon form as none other than self-absorbed lunkhead Johnny Bravo.

Manziel took over the quarterback job from Cleveland Browns starter Brian Hoyer on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills and scored his first career NFL touchdown before doing his self-promoting money celebration.

Now here's No. 2 is doing his Money Dance in glorious Cartoon Network colors.

Here's the original Johnny Bravo opening theme song:

Geno Smith fined $12,000 for F-bomb directed at fan: Report

The NFL fined Geno Smith $12,000 Friday for unsportsmanlike conduct — a penalty pretty much anticipated after the Jets quarterback cursed at a fan while walking off the field following a home loss to Detroit on Sunday.

A frustrated Smith was caught by a television camera yelling “f--- you” at a MetLife Stadium spectator after the Jets brutal loss to the Lions.

The fan was screaming at the struggling quarterback who, during the Jets third straight loss, threw an interception and lost a fumble — giving him seven giveaways for the season.

The hefty penalty was the same amount Browns rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel was fined during the preseason for flipping the bird at the Washington bench.

“That’s unacceptable,” Jets owner Woody Johnson said Thursday of Smith’s behavior. “Absolutely unacceptable.”

Many fans in attendance for last Sunday’s loss in the Meadowlands were all over Smith for his poor performance, chanting Michael Vick’s name and calling for the veteran backup to replace Smith, who let his emotions get the best of him.

Smith began his postgame press conference that day with an apology:

“No matter what happened I’ve got to not feed into it,” Smith said. “It’s a part of the job. I understand the fans want to come out and see victories. And at times they get heated and we do too as players.”

Sounds like the heat is turned up just a little higher for Smith.

Rams tweet about pop star Harry Styles wearing Michael Sam jersey (VIDEO)

Pop singer Harry Styles was photographed performing while wearing a St. Louis Rams jersey at Edward Jones Dome Wednesday night.

No big deal except this jersey displayed player Michael Sam's name and No. 96.

The choice of fashion was observed as Styles and his One Direction bandmates performed for thousands of swooning, teen-aged female fans — who probably know way more about "Sam and Cat" than Sam the defensive end.

But the British singer's attire didn't go unnoticed by the player or the team.

The team tweeted: Check out @onedirection's @Harry_Styles rocking a @MichaelSamNFL #Rams jersey at the Edward Jones Dome last night.

Sam — who became the first openly gay man drafted in the NFL — tweeted Wednesday '@Harry_Styles thank you for your support!!! #RamNation.'

It's been quite a week for Sam. First, his sack of Johnny Manziel. Then, making the cut down to 75 players. And now, being introduced to a whole new audience. Quite a week.

Texas A&M's upset win costs store $1 million in furniture: Report

Texas A&M fans were winners in more ways than one Thursday night. Besides beating South Carolina, now a Texas furniture store reportedly plans to make good on more than $1 million in free furniture following the Aggies' stunning 52-28 victory over the Gamecocks.

Throw in Kenny Hill's outstanding play as the new "Johnny Football" and you might say they hit the trifecta.

Ashley Furniture in College Station offered refunds on the purchase price of all furniture bought between Aug. 16-27 if Texas A&M beat their opponents by more than 10 points. The store's owner told ESPN.com's Darren Rovell Thursday night that the store plans to follow through on its promise.

"We've wanted to do this for three or four years now," Mark Wilks said. "This was really good for us."

No. 9 South Carolina had an 18-game win streak at home heading into Thursday night, and the Gamecocks were 10 1/2 point favorites over No. 21 Texas A&M, which was playing without last year's sensation, Johnny Manziel, who was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in May.

According to the report, the store took out insurance on his refund guarantee. Wilks is responsible for about 15 percent of the total that will be reimbursed to customers, he said, with the insurance company paying the rest.

Michael Sam helps rescue NFL fan from 'free drinks for world' Twitter promise: Report

Michael Sam's sack of Johnny Manziel proved to be costly for one emboldened Twitter user — but not as expensive as it might have been.

Thanks to Sam himself.

A fan named Fisher King, @SquareKnight, took to Twitter before the St. Louis Rams-Cleveland Browns game claiming if the Rams defensive end recorded a sack on the Browns quarterback , he'd buy free drinks for the world.

Well, guess what happened?

Then the consequences of being the most popular guy in every bar he enters set in.

The ol' Fish ups the ante.

And before welching became a word he would get very familiar with, Fisher King, with the help of Sam, reportedly donated $500 to a St. Louis Boys & Girls Club to save face.

Giants co-owner says Johnny Manziel 'doesn't fit the profile' of a Giants player (VIDEO)

Although the New York Giants discussed the possibility of taking Johnny Manziel if he fell in the draft (and he did), the team had reservations about the hard partying quarterback and his rollicking ways.

Now that the highly visible Johnny Football is the property and concern of the Cleveland Browns, Giants co-owner Steve Tisch spoke out about the free-wheeling rookie.

Tisch told TMZ he'd be concerned too if Manziel was a draft pick of the Giants. But also noted that his team's history of picking certain types of players would have made Manziel a pick that "doesn't fit the profile" when it comes to the Giants' culture over the years.

You hear that L.T.?

Tisch ultimately wished Manziel plenty of success but added that he wouldn't feel that way if Manziel were the quarterback for the Eagles, Cowboys or Redskins.

"We have a fantastic quarterback who I hope has another amazing season," Tisch explained.

"If he's playing for anybody outside our division, I would hope he'd be good for them. I wouldn't want him to be good for the Eagles, Cowboys or Redskins, but I hope he's good for Cleveland, I hope he has a good year. I think he knows what he has to do to stay on the team, to work with his teammates, to be part of a productive, functional locker room. A lot's going to come out once training camp starts."

Tajh Boyd 'interviews' Johnny Manziel while under a table (PHOTO)

The photo below was taken Saturday at the NFLPA rookie premiere in Los Angeles. It shows Jets rookie quarterback Tajh Boyd pretending to interview Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel while Johnny Football hangs out under a table.

You figure it out.

Prince Amukamara posts video of himself crashing Bar Mitzvah party (VIDEO)

While Johnny Manziel and Rob Gronkowski may be tearing up the hot spots of Las Vegas this Memorial Day weekend, New York Giants cornerback Prince Amukamara hit a swinging bar of his own — that's bar as in Bar Mitzvah.

And shows he knows how to mazel tov with the best of them.

The 24-year-old Prince apparently spent Sunday night crashing some lucky guy's music-thumping celebration, and the exuberant Amukamara captured it all on Instagram:

Amukamara seems to be enjoying himself so much — he posted a couple more videos of the action:

Top that Johnny Football.

Is Jay Z targeting Johnny Manziel as next Roc Nation client?

Could Texas A&M’s star quarterback Johnny Manziel be the next big-name athlete to sign with Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports?

Speculation soared that Manziel — who might have played his final college game in a thrilling comeback win over Duke in the Chick Fil-A Bowl — could be the next recruit for the rapper-turned-sports agent after the two partied at the same Miami club Thursday with a host of VIPs, reports Page Six of the N.Y. Post.

Jay Z performed earlier at the BB&T Center in Florida, and, after a stop at Diddy’s Star Island mansion, arrived at nightclub Story in South Beach at 2 a.m. with a group including his wife Beyoncé, Drake, Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Rick Ross, Pharrell Williams, Timbaland and DJ Khaled.

Johnny Football — who reportedly blew off his teammates to party with Drake  — was later spotted hanging in the same VIP area where Jay and company occupied a table.

“He was in Jay’s area at Story,” a source told the gossip site, adding that the star QB arrived “very late” after Jay Z’s posse of 100 — “He may have only been there from 4 to 5 a.m.”Another witness said that when Manziel arrived, he was handed a bottle of Ace of Spades champagne — which goes for $300 retail — and told by a club staffer, “Welcome to the gold-bottle life!” But the source said that Jay Z left just as Manziel arrived and they didn’t interact.

Jay Z knows he must tread carefully around Manziel— a projected first-round draft choice. The agent has already butted heads with the NFL Players Association when, last year, he was singled out for possibly running afoul of league rules in the recruitment of Geno Smith to Roc Nation. But he was cleared of any wrongdoing. Agents are not allowed to recruit college players until they go pro.

Having finished his sophomore season, Manziel’s considered a top NFL recruit, but the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner has yet to declare if he’ll join the league.

Roc Nation represents Robinson Cano and Victor Cruz and is rumored to be hoping to sign Louisville QB Teddy Bridgewater, who announced his intention to go pro this week. A Roc Nation rep didn’t get back to Page Six.

Referee prevents Manziel from taunting opponent after scoring touchdown (VIDEO)

Johnny Manziel left Texas A&M's game against Auburn early in the fourth-quarter with an injured right shoulder but came storming back by going 6-for-6 and taking the Aggies 62 yards for a 40-38 lead.

After Johnny Football capped off the drive with a one-yard scamper, the sometimes overenthusiastic Manziel was prevented from taunting Auburn defensive back Trent Fisher by the same referee who signaled touchdown at the goal line.

Watch as the alert ref races over to get between the two players and directly tells the ready-to-explode Manziel, "Don't do it."

Manziel smiled and held in his excessive tendencies. But the Aggies still lost 45-41.

Here's the play that briefly knocked Manziel out of the game.

SMU's Garrett Gilbert pulls off crazy two-point play to extend game against Rutgers (VIDEO)

The state of Texas already has one Johnny Manziel but Rutgers might make a good case for putting Garrett Gilbert into the same category.

Gilbert, the Texas University transfer and current SMU quarterback, did his best Johnny Football impression by going left, then right, left again before going all the way right to throw the ball the entire width of the field for a two-point conversion to even the score during a wild game on Saturday.

The ridiculous conversion tied it up at 35, which allowed for a triple OT to take place, with Rutgers ultimately coming back and winning it 55-52.

Still, the play deserves consideration as a play of the day. SMU coach June Jones called Gilbert's scramble, "all him."

Jamal Lewis rips Johnny Manziel and calls him the 'next Tim Tebow'

Former NFL running back Jamal Lewis thinks Johnny Manziel has more in common with Tim Tebow than just a Heisman Trophy — suggesting that the Texas A&M quarterback can look forward to having a mediocre pro football career as a signal caller.

TMZ caught up with the former Baltimore Ravens' workhorse at LAX where Lewis — an Atlanta native — claimed he is a huge Falcons fan but not so big on Johnny Football's future in the NFL.

"He's the next Tim Tebow," said Lewis about Manziel hinting that he plans on going pro after  his sophomore season.

"He's a good college quarterback," said the nine-year pro who helped the Ravens win the 2003 Super Bowl. But when it came to Manziel bringing his larger-than-life antics to the NFL, Lewis was less complimentary.

"I don't think he'll do good on the field or off of it."

Hear that Jacksonville Jaguars?
