It had been a long time since Alex Rodriguez hit a home run — Sept. 20, 2013 to be exact — before the Yankees DH launched Daniel Norris' 1-0 pitch into the left field seats against Toronto Blue Jays at Yankee Stadium Thursday night.
And even A-Rod admitted he felt like he was in unfamiliar territory as he rounded the bases, as per Brian Hoch of MLB.com:

While A-Rod's solo shot was the 655th trip around the diamond, it's probably easy to lose your bearings after 19 months in exile. Here's betting the Yankees splurge for a GPS if he can keep jacking them out like that.
