He may be 10th in the league in double-doubles, but the only number that only seems to follow Kris Humphries around is 72— the number of days his marriage to Kim Kardashian lasted.
Now— while going through a nasty divorce— DJs in every nightclub where Humphries shows up taunt the New Jersey Nets forward by playing Kanye West's song "Way Too Cold" which describes the rapper's love for Kim K and declares, "Lucky I ain't have Jay[-Z] drop him [Humphries] from the team."
West released the song a couple of weeks ago under the name "Theraflu" after he started dating Humphries ex-wife. The line refers to Nets minority owner Jay-Z if you didn't know.
The hardworking and under-rated Humphries puts up with a lot of hostile crowds— who boo him at every game and even on his own home court— but, after spending which must have seemed like an interminable amount of days as Mr. K with the mind-numbing Kardashian clan, the jeers probably sound a lot better than their air-headed chatter or Kanye's song.
Humphries was spotted with friends at a booth next to Carmelo Anthony on Wednesday— after the Knicks beat the Nets— at a Manhattan club when some DJ named "Theory" played West's track. Humphries ignored it and stayed late anyway.
Shut your trap Marcus. You don't know either one of them.

DeleteKim Kardashian is one of the biggest hoes in the USA. Kanye is such a chump. Kim is having a baby. She is naming it after the father, NBA/Rapper.
DeleteWho cares about Kim Kardashian... Never understand where the hype came from that so many people are fans of her's..
DeleteKris H. is not a bad player.. People should really separate the personal stuff away from his playing..
Its dumb to mix it all together...
I know both and Kayne can be a ass,he'll admit it himself. Kris seems to be taking the high road and comes off looking a lot better and probably wishes Kayne all the luck in the world with Kim because she is high maintance.
DeleteBoth of these tools are filthy rich. Life is easier when u deal with professionals so next time just us an escort service and order a Kim-a-like. Less drama, more anal
ReplyDeleteThe sole reason I'm responding here is so this article can minimally have one freestanding intelligent comment, as ordinarily taking a bowel movement would offer more importance and significance than any discourse with all the other mindless respondents.
ReplyDeleteLet me qualify this comment by stating that I have never met either of the celebrities featured in this article, but simply by reviewing the reported previous antics and lifestyle choices of Mr. West and allowing for comparisons to that of Mr. Humphries, any reasonable and moderately intelligent human being would deduct that Mr. Humphries has more integrity and quality makeup in his small left toe than in the entirety of Mr. West's wretched existence.
The simple fact that Mr. West finds pleasure in penning a rap song (surprise!) belittling Mr. Humphries' and flaunting his access to the current yet estranged wife of Mr. Humphries in reality bodes poorly for Mr. West. He is glorifying getting "sloppy seconds" after Mr. Humphries has discharged his less than minion of a Hollywood harlot. This is akin to boasting that one has devoured fecal matter that no one else wanted, and therefore is superior to all that didn't indulge. In reality, if Mr. West needs to indulge in such an unpleasant task of satisfying a true selfish egomaniac (you could fill in this line with either Mr. West or Kim Kardashian, or both), he would allow himself a more prideful existence to keep it's knowledge way, way under wraps.
That bit of common SENSE will surely be lost on this worthless individual.
I may expect a rebuttal from one of the mindless souls that somehow managed to get the words right and read down this far, but I wait with held breath to see if any one of them can pen that rebuttal using even partially correct and correctly spelled King's english.
Ha! I didn't think so!!!
An even more intelligent way to make your point would be to say what you have to say without being arrogant or setting up a preemptive self-defense. It makes you sound like an insecure prick. I do happen to agree with the small amount of signal in all that noise though. I'm impressed how well Kris is handling all that undeserved negative attention he's been getting. I Hope he rises above it all.
DeleteThat would be "its", not "it's". So much for the King's English.
DeleteGentlemen, my props to both of you!
DeleteThree toe, you caught me. I couldn't decide if I was more disgusted with Mr. West as a person or the vacuous and asinine comments that always follow a story of this nature. I finally decided I'd use the forum to ridicule both!
As far as an insecure prick, well I've probably been called worse. But in the end I got what I wanted out of the response I gave! And thank you for at least partially agreeing with the main point I tried to make after you weaved your way through my admittedly unnecessary tall grass.
Anonymous, may I offer up a really weak defense: "Uhh, the King's English itself was spelled correctly--it was the contraction that was incorrect"!! No? OK, how about: "damn spell check"! I admire a reader that hinges on every word.
Anyway, thanks. You both proved that I don't have to hold my breath anymore. :-)
hey Kayne, how does Kris' d taste?
ReplyDeletetalentless big mouth.
If Kris Humphries wanted to take the high road he would just sign the divorce papers and not try and make millions off of Kim Kardashian. That PUNK wasn't married to her long enough to ask for anything. So if he is getting harassed by Kayne West so be it. Stop crying on everybodys shoulder. All you did when you were married was cry when you didn't get your way. Kris you must like the drama.
