Carl's Jr. is once again pushing the limits of Super Bowl censorship with a racy new ad starring Guess model Charlotte McKinney strolling through a farmer's market totally nude.

Well apparently nude.

The hamburger chain's ad features the shapely 22-year-old McKinney — who's being called the next Kate Upton — walking among the vegetable stands naked, using strategically placed giant onions and voluptuous tomatoes to conveniently censor her “bits and pieces,” just like the comical Austin Powers scene it mimics.

Oh yeah. She's promoting the company's new All-Natural Burger.

“I love going all natural,” the Florida native says in a voiceover. “It just makes me feel better. Nothing between me and my one hundred per cent all natural juicy grass-fed beef.”

Too bad the sexy spot will only be broadcast in the western times zones, so here it is below.

And there's no under-inflated anythings for the NFL or anyone else to worry about.

Yup. That was Kate Upton and boyfriend Justin Verlander flying through air with the greatest of ease Saturday afternoon.

The supermodel and Tigers pitcher took a class at the New York Trapeze School in Queens and posted photos of themselves on Instagram flying through the air as they learned to swing, reports Page Six of the N.Y. Post.

Kate later posted, “I learned @justinverlander is amazing at trapeze!”

The supermodel was sitting behind the visitor's dugout to watch the Tigers take on the Yankees when Verlander pitched a little woo to his gal.

That sound you just heard was the entire Bronx exhaling in one collective swoon.

Kate Upton has apparently bounced back from her break up with “Dancing with the Stars” pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy with her rumored ex-flame, Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander.

The 21-year old model and the Detroit Tigers pitcher were photographed at the Wells Fargo Arena in Philadelphia Saturday night watching the Philadelphia Flyers hockey team battle the Tampa Bay Lightning, reported E! News.

A Flyers fan with the Twitter handle @charlton_dylan posted a photo of the model and the righthander sitting together in a VIP box Saturday night.

“Kate Upton and Justin Verlander at the flyers game in the box seats next to ours” he posted on his Twitter feed.

Before the game, it was reported that Upton and Verlander were spotted at a local Del Frisco’s. The paper reported that the couple sat with friends at a table in the mezzanine.

“[Upton] kept it low key, opting for not-much make up. Many people dining near her didn’t even recognize her. 

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and Verlander were rumored to be dating last year. He recently underwent successful surgery to repair his core muscle and is undergoing physical rehabilitation for the next six weeks. Insert Upton joke here.

It looks like Kate Upton was caught two-timing the Detroit Tigers Friday night.  The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model showed up at sweltering Yankee Stadium to help cheer on the Bronx Bombers to a 4-1 win over the Boston Red Sox.

High school senior rejected by Kate Upton for prom gets a YES from Sports Illustrated model Nina Agdal

The California high school senior who invited Kate Upton to prom via YouTube may not be getting his first choice, but he'll be pinning a corsage on an equally gorgeous Sports Illustrated model as his date.

Jake Davidson, a 17-year-old from Los Angeles, will apparently be taking Danish-born Nina Agdal to his May 23 dance, following his very public proposal — and quiet rejection — to Upton in March.

In an upcoming episode of Inside Edition, the teenager tries on tuxedos in a bid to look his best, while his five-foot-nine-inch guest, four years his senior, slips into an array of school-appropriate gowns — a far cry from her usual bikini-clad look.

Jake revealed to the JewishJournal.com that 20-year-old supermodel Upton had politely declined his prom proposal due to a conflict in her schedule. 

"While I would have loved for Kate to come to my prom, I understand she is a very busy and in demand professional and I am so grateful for Kate responding at all," he explained in an email.

 However, Agdal, 21, who has modeled for Victoria's Secret, Billabong and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, stepped in to save the lovelorn student.

It is unclear whether Jake actually asked the model, or if Inside Edition contacted her on his behalf, for the purpose of a television segment. Either way, he wins.

The  nearly two-minute YouTube video Davidson put together with a friend this spring has gotten almost 3 million hits since being posted on March 23. In it, Davidson lays it all on the line by saying, "You are the yin to my yang. I'm Jewish, five-foot-nine on a good day and I can't dance. At all."

The ambitious teen got himself an appearance on the "Today" show and the impressed Upton personally called to let him know she was booked on May 23. That's when Agdal came to the rescue.

Just in case any of Davidson's fellow classmates miss his once-in-a-lifetime prom date with an SI swimsuit model, he and Agdal will appear in an episode of Inside Edition the next night to relive the magical evening.

Sorry Spike, Diddy already has dibs on Kate Upton

Spike Albrecht put all his hopes of wooing model Kate Upton in the hands of his runner-up appearance in the Final Four and a cute tweet that said he noticed Michigan's most beautiful fan watching the game from the stands. The naivety of youth.

The Michigan freshman better wait until he has an NBA career or gets his hands on a half-billion dollar entertainment empire before he tries to bring his game to Upton.

Even Detroit Tigers pitching ace Justin Verlander struck out with the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model.

One person that does have the fortune (and I mean that two ways — good and amassed) to date the 20-year-old Upton is Sean (Diddy) Combs.

The media mogul was spotted getting hot and heavy with Upton last month sucking face with Diddy, 43, at the club LIV in Miami beach, according to Confidenti@l in The New York Daily News.

Now, following their hot hookup in South Beach, the duo met up again in New York, sharing an intimate dinner together at Gemma in the Bowery Hotel on Thursday.

“They were having dinner together,” a source told the gossip page.

Upton, silent on Twitter that day, the next morning tweeted: “Cuddling with my favorite tiger :)” an obvious diss to Verlander, because she linked to a picture of her holding an actual tiger cub in a Bazaar magazine shoot.

Albrecht hoped to cash in after the game of his life Monday night. The freshman backup, who electrified the crowd at the Georgia Dome in the NCAA title game, tweeted afterwards:

In the game, Albrecht clearly had his eyes on Upton, who was clad in a V-neck T-shirt there. His innocent schoolboy attempt at love took the Internet by storm.

A rep for Upton says, “They met once a year ago and there’s no further relationship at this point.”

Kate Upton takes heat from other models for personal bodyguard

Model Kate Upton's curves have garnered her numerous modeling gigs and, most recently, the rare Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover two years in a row.  Now the hotter than hot cover girl has gotten herself a personal bodyguard to protect her assets.

To men it might seem like the greatest job in the world, but her model friends are giving her even more heat and calling it "ridiculous."

"She goes everywhere with her bodyguard.  And she's the only one who travels with one," a source told The New York Daily News Confident@l.  "The fame may have gone to her head a bit."

The visible 24-hour detail was uncovered when one of the hulking guardians was spotted filming Upton backstage at the "Late Night with David Letterman" show — when she was there for the SI swimsuit cover reveal a couple of weeks ago.  When CBS security told the man to "put it away," he replied,  "But I'm Kate Upton's bodyguard."

It sounds like the beefy bodyguards might be there to protect Upton from other "bitchy" bikini models.

"The other girls don't feel it's fair that she got the cover twice.  They think Kate thinks she's just too cool now," the source added.

2010's swimsuit cover girl, Brooklyn Decker, has come to Upton's defense.  She knows what it's like to be thrust into the limelight and tweeted her support.  She wrote, "Congratulations Ms.@kateupton !! making history!" after this year's cover girl was revealed.

Too bad some of the other models think they should have been the one getting frostbite on the  Antarctica shoot.

"It's hard, it's like a sorority with the girls.  When they say congrats to Kate, it's just fake," the source said. "Everyone thinks it's unfair and they're bummed. Every girl thinks it's their time."

The source said Upton knows some of her fellow catwalk strutters have their claws out and is hurt by the fact.

A spokesperson for Upton said, "She hired him because she has been on the road.  She's a sex icon now, there are crazy weirdos out there.  There are drunk men around.  He's not 24 hours for Kate, he's actually for all the girls.  He helps everyone."

Everyone except the drunk weirdos.

Jeter's gal Hannah Davis is frontrunner for Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover

Derek Jeter's latest girlfriend, Hannah Davis, has apparently made a big splash during her first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue photo shoot and is believed to be a frontrunner for this year's prized cover shot.

The 22-year-old Ralph Lauren and Victoria's Secret model is being compared to last year's SI swimsuit sensation and cover girl, Kate Upton, according to the New York Post.

The shoots have just wrapped up, and we're told green-eyed Davis made a "rare, huge first impression" on the SI editors for her rookie issue, a source said.

Davis, who was spotted clubbing with the 38-year-old Jeter in August and meeting him at Manhattan's Gramercy Park Hotel in December, has stuck with Jeter through thick and thin — literally.

The Yankees shortstop is rehabbing from ankle surgery and put on a few pounds after the October operation but that didn't stop him from hobbling up to the Gramercy in his walking boot for a rendezvous with Davis.  When last seen at a Knicks game a few weeks ago, Jeter looked fit and tanned.

Davis, who was born in the Virgin Islands, seems to fit Jeter's type (hot) and just might end up as the SI swimsuit model rookie-of-the-year.

Talk about luck.  What are the chances you start dating a woman and six months later she's an SI cover girl.  The good life just never ends for the Yankees Captain.  Minka who?

Mark Sanchez secretly hooking up with Eva Longoria

New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez has been secretly hooking up with cougar/actress Eva Longoria— who even went as far as donning a blond wig to go incognito— when she, Sanchez and some friends dined at New York's Hotel Griffou, according to In Touch magazine.

Nothing attracts less attention in New York than a star quarterback together with a hot blond.

The 37-year old Longoria— previously married to NBA star Tony Parker— and the 25-year old Sanchez— once linked to model Kate Upton— were also spotted shopping together inside a King's Market in Bedminster, N.J.— where the Jets QB has a home.

Weeks after the Griffou date, the Latin lovers spent a quiet island-hopping adventure in the Caribbean, said the magazine.

Longoria recently wrapped up her long run on the television show "Desperate Housewives" and finalized a 3 1/2 year marriage to Parker early last year.

Sanchez will be resuming his quarterback controversy with Tim Tebow this month in Jets camp.  No word on if he's been wearing a wispy, brownish wig to look more like Peyton Manning.

Mark Sanchez gal leads Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover race

Mark Sanchez paramour Kate Upton is the odds-on-favorite to grace the cover of the 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.

The smoking-hot Victoria's Secret model— who has been linked to the New York Jets quarterback— is the front runner for the coveted spot, according to the New York Post.

Sources told the Post's Page Six that Upton's blond, all-American looks made her a top contender even though the magazine crowned Russian lingerie model Irina Shayk, the girlfriend of soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, its cover girl last year.

Even when Sanchez's Jets don't make the playoffs, he gets hurt and talk is swirling that the maligned quarterback might be replaced by Peyton Manning next season, he still comes out a winner.

Sanchez was spotted making late night arrivals— incognito— at Upton's Manhattan apartment last season and scooting away before morning.

The Michigan-born Upton, 19, who made her SI Swimsuit debut last year, is apparently no Rex Ryan when it comes to predicting the chances of her landing on the legendary cover.

At a ceremony to kick off the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Lincoln Center yesterday, Upton was humble about the chances of her photo gracing the cover and giving her career a gigantic boost.

"All I can say is that I'm in the issue," she coyly told the Post.  "Fingers crossed!"

Other cover girl candidates include swimsuit veteran Chrissy Teigen, the fiancee of R&B star John Legend and Russian Victoria's Secret model Anne V. who is dating singer Adam Levine.

Pulling up the rear are South African beauty Genevieve Morton and California's Alyssa Miller.  Both beauties made their Swimsuit issue debuts last year.

A source told the Post," There's no clear cut front-runner" for the cover.  "There's a lot of talk about Kate in general.  But the idea of American versus international has never been part of the [debate].  It really comes down to the best picture wins."

The issue is ready to go to press and the cover will be unveiled  Monday on "The Late Show with David Letterman."

The Post said a SI rep declined to comment.

Mark Sanchez Gets Ready For Giants Game With Model Kate Upton

Things just keep getting better for Mark Sanchez—if you don't count last week's 45-19 drubbing by the Philadelphia Eagles.  As the New York Jets quarterback prepares for this Saturday's huge game against same-stadium rivals, the New York Giants, Sanchez has been spotted paying many late-night visits to Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Kate Upton's Manhattan apartment.

The New York Post reports that Sanchez has been spotted several times at the sexy Victoria's Secret model's pad since November— usually after games and before practices—sometimes as late as midnight.

Sanchez was spotted in Upton's lobby bringing gifts gifts up to her from a chauffeur-driven Navigator after a charity event last month.

Maybe Sanchez is pulling a Derek Jeter by gifting his dates— except he personally takes the presents up to his lady friends instead of just leaving a swag bag in the limo after they get the heave-ho.

Call Sanchez the anti-Jeter but, this is Kate Upton we're talking about.  I don't think an autographed football and a Jets wristband will float her boat.

A source told the Post, the quarterback has seen coming into her building with bags a minute or two after the beautiful Upton arrived.

"They almost never come in together.  He's always five steps after her," the source claimed, adding that the QB often pulls a woolly cap over his face as a disguise.

Just last week, it was reported that Sanchez was seen with two different women on the same night at a swanky Manhattan hotel.  First, there was an exotic Spanish-looking woman  at 3 a.m., followed by an unknown blond who sauntered into his room an hour later.

Could it have been Upton?

The model's sister, Christie Upton, is a Jets  manager of client relations and works closely with the team.  Kate has been spotted at some Gang Green's games.

Another source said that Upton and Sanchez are "just friends."

Now where have I heard that one before.  Oh yeah, that was with Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Hayden Panettiere.

Sounds like Sanchez has been burning the midnight oil with his black book more than his playbook.
