Jimmy Fallon submits to Ronda Rousey in six seconds (VIDEO)

Last month a video of Ronda Rousey busting some web show dude's ribs with a judo toss made the rounds and should have put all television hosts on alert.

Anyway, on Tuesday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the MMA fighter known as "The Arm Collector" demonstrated how easily she could go about snapping one with her signature move — the arm bar.

And the perpetually grinning Fallon used himself as the practice dummy.

Before Rousey's “armbar” demonstration began, Fallon chose “Rumpelstiltskin” as his tap-out safe word. 

"Your arm doesn’t go beyond 180 degrees,” Rousey explained before grabbing Fallon's wrist. “It doesn’t take a lot of pressure [to break it], you just push it right at the elbow joint."

Well... you can guess what happened — all in six seconds.

“That was scary,” Fallon said afterwards. “That’s like putting your head in the lion’s mouth.”

Derek Jeter: 'I'm not trying to eliminate sportswriters' (VIDEO)

Derek Jeter was introduced on Thursday’s edition of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in a way fans have never heard before.

“We are joined right now by a media entrepreneur with a series of very interesting new projects in the works,” Fallon said. "He also used to play baseball.”

Fallon was referring to Jeter's new website, "The Players' Tribune," which was introduced Wednesday.

And contrary to how fatalists are claiming Jeter's high-profile venture could make sportswriters obsolete, the newly retired Yankees shortstop said the site isn't aimed at putting keyboard-tappers out of work.

Rather, the 40-year-old said, he's giving athletes an outlet to communicate directly with fans while not having their words twisted around.

"This is not trying to eliminate sportswriters," Jeter said. “Sportswriters are what make sports great and fun to watch. This is just another avenue for the athletes to use and express themselves."

"In this day and age," he continued, "I think athletes, they really like to share with the people, everything about them. I, personally, have not done that. And I personally will not do that. This is not about me."

Russell Wilson became the first athlete to have his work published on the site Thursday. In the highly publicized first piece, Wilson talked about how he was a bully growing up, but he changed when he found religion at age 14.

The story was all over the Internet.

Jeter — who was famous for his ability to isolate himself from the relentless New York media — added the old excuse used by many athletes and celebrities in the public eye:

"You always hear people say, ‘Well this was taken out of context,’” Jeter said. "But now it gives them the opportunity to say exactly what they want to say.”

Sounds like the project is off to a good start.

Leno recreates GoDaddy Super Bowl ad with Bar Refaeli

Supermodel Bar Refaeli made an appearance on The Tonight Show Wednesday night — hot off her controversial GoDaddy.com commercial which debuted during Sunday's Super Bowl game.

In the opening of the show, host Jay Leno complimented Refaeli on the success of the television spot — where she locks tonsils with a nerdy-looking guy — and asks the Israeli beauty if they could recreate the scene for his show.

"Sure!" Refaeli says enthusiastically.  "Pucker up."

While Leno puckers up, in walks Jesse Heiman — the actor who played the nerd on the now famous commercial — and he lands a lingering smooch on the unsuspecting Leno.

It's actually pretty funny



Refaeli went on to say she was surprised by all of the hype the commercial created — it has over 9 million hits on YouTube —and said the two actors did 60 takes of the kiss before they got it right.

"Is he a good kisser," Leno asked the model, to which she handily replied, "You tell me."

Robert Griffin III: President Obama would play ball 'with' me, not 'against' me

Robert Griffin III cracked up The Tonight Show with Jay Leno audience after telling the host that he has met President Barack Obama and challenged him to a game of basketball.

"I have met him, I have not been to the White House since he's been there," said RG3. "I heard he's a huge basketball fan, and I challenged him to a game of basketball.  But he told me he wouldn't play me."

"He's not afraid or anything."

The new Washington Redskins quarterback paused and laughed,  "I did not say that."

Griffin continued, "[Obama] said that he would play with me. We can play on the same team, maybe take on you [Leno] and whoever else you want to bring... not against me."

RG3 sure knows how to work a crowd and he went on to talk about how he proposed to his girlfriend Rebecca Liddicoat after Baylor clinched its first bowl appearance in 16 years.

"I didn't do it on the field like the big cliche," he said.  "So I actually did it after the game, brought her to our indoor facility."

He gave a pair of his signature Adidas socks to Leno and House star Hugh Laurie to whom he turned and cracked," Mr. Hugh, I don't know if you like socks, but you can cut these up and make a tie out of them."

The ubiquitous Griffin had Laurie and the audience rolling in the aisles.

RG3 passed his late night debut with flying colors, now we'll wait and see how he passes against NFL defenses.
