Baylor's Spencer Drango gets 'Kissbombed' by teammate Shawn Oakman (VIDEO)

Media interviews are occasionally interrupted by a kiss on the cheek — at least from your mom, girlfriend or wife — and are not so uncommon. But how does a player react when that peck on your face comes from a teammate?

We found out when Baylor's Spencer Drango was left a little stunned after the Bears' Shawn Oakman kissbombed his pre-Cotton Bowl media session with a fleeting show of affection.

Oakman's buss on the cheek was totally unexpected, but Drango handled it pretty well.

Hate to tell you Spence, that wasn't a head-butt.

Police reportedly use tear gas to quell West Virginia celebrations (VIDEO)

West Virginia fans have a reputation for some of the craziest and most inflammatory celebrations of any fanbase in college football.

So it was no surprise that  Mountaineer fans once again took to the streets of Morgantown— matches in hand — after their team's 41-27 upset over No. 4 Baylor by setting fire to couches and numerous other objects. And not long after, the images started popping up on social media.

The only problem with the traditional celebratory festivities was that it prompted a response from local police — which reportedly included some in riot gear. And you can hear what sounds like tear gas canisters being fired in the video below:

Considering it was the biggest regular season win of the Dana Holgorsen era, things actually look relatively calm.

Bryce Petty's Fiesta Bowl flip freaks out his mom (VIDEO/GIF)

Baylor quarterback Bryce Petty scored an incredible touchdown by leaping over a Central Florida defender late in the first half of Wednesday's Fiesta Bowl. It's not often you see a quarterback pull off a play like this, but Petty sacrificed his own body on his way into the end zone.

Petty took off from the thirteen with the football and, when he got close to the goal line, he decided to leave his feet. Bears defensive back Jacoby Glenn got underneath the Knights quarterback and flipped him into the end zone for the touchdown.

While the stadium crowd looked on in astonishment, Petty's mother, Dena, shielded her eyes from what must have looked pretty bad from her point of view — a mom's.

Petty would hop right back up, but the entire No. 6 Baylor team would ultimately get flipped by No. 15 CFU, 52-42.

Robert Griffin III: President Obama would play ball 'with' me, not 'against' me

Robert Griffin III cracked up The Tonight Show with Jay Leno audience after telling the host that he has met President Barack Obama and challenged him to a game of basketball.

"I have met him, I have not been to the White House since he's been there," said RG3. "I heard he's a huge basketball fan, and I challenged him to a game of basketball.  But he told me he wouldn't play me."

"He's not afraid or anything."

The new Washington Redskins quarterback paused and laughed,  "I did not say that."

Griffin continued, "[Obama] said that he would play with me. We can play on the same team, maybe take on you [Leno] and whoever else you want to bring... not against me."

RG3 sure knows how to work a crowd and he went on to talk about how he proposed to his girlfriend Rebecca Liddicoat after Baylor clinched its first bowl appearance in 16 years.

"I didn't do it on the field like the big cliche," he said.  "So I actually did it after the game, brought her to our indoor facility."

He gave a pair of his signature Adidas socks to Leno and House star Hugh Laurie to whom he turned and cracked," Mr. Hugh, I don't know if you like socks, but you can cut these up and make a tie out of them."

The ubiquitous Griffin had Laurie and the audience rolling in the aisles.

RG3 passed his late night debut with flying colors, now we'll wait and see how he passes against NFL defenses.
