Cocky MMA fighter gets knocked out in 20 seconds (VIDEO)

We've seen it all before. Two fighters square up for a pre-fight photo-op before the bout and give photographers the stare-and-glare snaps they want.

Well Julz “The Jackal” Rabaud took it a little further when the tattooed MMA fighter started pushing around Ben “10” Nguyen on the pre-fight set. And although Rabaud didn't lay a punch on Nguyen, he looked foolish trying to be some sort of tough guy.

But when it came down to the real fight? The cocky Rabaud got knocked out in 20 seconds with a right right cross tattooed to his face — compliments of Nguyen.

And it sort of makes you smile.

The double-KO happened during a wild Russian MMA bout that features two fighters squaring off against two opponents — in the same cage.  The fighters must keep on fighting even when their partner is knocked out or submits — creating a two-on-one situation.

Apparently this guy was fine on his own.

Christine Stanley delivers devastating spinning kick for MMA knockout (VIDEO)

MMA fighter Christine Stanley delivers a spectacular spinning kick knockout that leaves her opponent flat on her back in the ring.

And it just may be one of the best the KOs of the year.

Although it was apparently recorded as a five-second knockout, amazingly, Stanley connected on the kick just 2.3 seconds after the bell. Her opponent, Katie Anita Runyan, hit the mat after 3.5 seconds, and the referee waved it off just under the 5-second mark.

Go ahead, say it ... you kick like a girl.
