Cam Newton threatens to ‘slap the s--t out of’ heckler at Auburn-Alabama game (VIDEO)

Riding high after beating the Cowboys in Dallas on Thanksgiving, Cam Newton was back in Auburn Saturday to watch his Tigers take on Alabama in the Iron Bowl.

But while walking to Jordan-Hare Stadium, Newton — who quarterbacked Auburn to a national championship in 2010 — became the target of of some unexpected heckling.

A fan can be heard on video yelling "180K!" at Newton as he walks through the crowd, a reference to the quarterback's alleged college recruiting payoff. Newton was not pleased, and responded with an expletive laced threat.

"I'll slap the sh-- out of you!" Newton says, turning and pointing at the fan.

While Newton was still in college, numerous reports claimed that his father, Cecil Newton Sr., had asked schools for large payouts in exchange for Cam's services. A former Mississippi State player even told ESPN that he witnessed Cecil Newton informing Bulldogs coaches the program would need to pay between $100,000 and $180,000 for Cam to commit there.

Looks like it still touches a nerve with the NFL star.

A sky-cam caught police in Jeffersontown, Kentucky chasing a suspect who was driving a semi truck. When the truck finally pulled over, the driver ran, but the team of cops caught up to him after chasing him down the shoulder of the road and tackled him with ease.

Just your typical chase scene until someone put it to an announcer's play-by-play call of Auburn's Chris Davis returning Alabama's missed field goal for a touchdown on the final play of last season's Iron Bowl.

The suspect wasn't as lucky as Davis — or as fast. But the video gives everyone something to cheer for — all except Crimson Tide fans.

Alabama fan starts petition asking for Iron Bowl overtime

It's hard for Alabama fans to come to the realization that Saturday's shocking loss to Auburn is already in the books.

A Crimson Tide supporter started an online petition asking the NCAA for an Iron Bowl do-over, arguing against all proof to the contrary that Auburn's Chris Davis stepped out of bounds when he ran back a missed field goal more than 100 yards with no time left on the clock to give the Tigers a 34-28 win.

Ignoring the video evidence, Tracy C. from Hoover, Ala., insists in a change.org petition that "Davis was clearly out of bounds" and that "the refs needs to be punished for not even reviewing the play because it wasn't even close."

The only way to get things right, Tracy C. argues, is for both teams to return to the field and play an overtime, where the game's true winner will emerge victorious.

"I know how impossible that sounds and how much trouble it will be BUT sometimes you have to make wrongs RIGHT."

The petition, which is now closed, has gotten support from over 700 other 'Bama fans who refuse to accept that their team lost on the unbelievable play.
