Falcons fan celebrates first down by grabbing boyfriend's crotch (VIDEO)

After Matt Ryan hit Julio Jones for 20 yards during Thursday night's Buccaneers-Falcons game, this woman celebrated by grabbing her boyfriend's own first down marker.

Thankfully, nobody on the field or in the stands had to do a measurement — just move the chains.
