Jon Stewart gets bodyslammed by John Cena at 'Monday Night Raw' (VIDEO)

Jon Stewart came out of retirement to host the 2015 SummerSlam in Brooklyn Sunday night. The former Daily Show host nearly stole the show when he entered the ring during John Cena and Seth Rollins' match and rammed a metal folding chair into Cena's stomach, rendering the WWE star just vulnerable enough for Rollins to come in and finish him off.

But on Monday, an angry Cena was ready for payback. Appearing on Monday Night Raw alongside the former Comedy Central star, he told Stewart it was time for him to even things out.

"It's kind of like the moment you had last night," Cena told Stewart.

"It was my moment," Stewart agreed. "Tonight is your moment." 

"You did what you felt you had to do," continued Cena. "I understand that. So I know that you're going to understand this, because right now, I'm just gonna do what I gotta do."

While Stewart rolled around in pain on the mat, Cena punched the air and left the ring.

Maybe the 52-year-old comedian is ready to go back to tossing liberal barbs from a desk? I wouldn't count on it.

Dwayne Johnson tweets: 'Superman is on the mend' after emergency surgery

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson didn't let a little thing like surgery for three hernial tears keep him from getting into graphic detail about the procedure and — of course — flexing his guns.

Wearing a shower cap and Superman t-shirt while recovering from the emergency operation, the 40-year-old WWE star tweeted from his hospital bed: "Surgery a success! Dr repaired 3 hernial tears (fun pain). Superman is on the mend.. #WeFallWeRise."

Johnson underwent the emergency hernia operation on Monday to repair injuries he sustained during a WWE match with John Cena earlier this month.  The abdominal surgery forced him to miss the Hollywood premiere of his new movie, which is ironically entitled Pain & Gain.

Pain & Gain director Michael Bay apologized for his star's absence. "Dwayne's hurt tonight. He was pushing it too hard," joked the blockbuster filmmaker. "He needs to grow up and stop wrestling 300-pound men."

The Rock tweeted some graphic details before the surgery too.

"Saw my Dr who had to push my intestines back thru the tear in my abdomen. Kinda romantic. Surgery is next week. #BringItOn," he wrote.

According to WWE.com, Johnson injured his midsection during a match with Cena on April 7, during a WWE Title defence match for WrestleMania 29.

"In the middle of last night's Wrestlemania match I tore my abdomen & abductor muscles off the bone.," he tweeted. "Just part of the job."

On April 13, The Rock explained: "Drs & I elected not to reattach tendons to my pelvis. They'll just scar up."

Now wonder this guy's got so many fans in the theaters and outside the ring.

WWE's John Cena bumps Fred Flintstone from Pebbles boxes

Pro wrestling has a history of larger-than-life characters throwing each other out of the ring but this has to be a first — knocking a caveman off of a box.

That's exactly what WWE Superstar John Cena has done by replacing the iconic Fred Flintstone on the popular Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles cereal boxes.

Yabba Dabba Don't.

Fred's stint on the sidelines won't be permanent because Cena's guest spot with Bamm-Bamm is for a limited time promotion.

"It's been a life-long dream to be on a cereal box and I'm proud to represent WWE as a partnership with Post," said the 10-time WWE champion.  "I'm looking forward to joining millions of families at their breakfast table across the country."

The idea came about by chance after a 2012 promo for WWE featured fellow Superstar Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson calling out Cena.

"Enjoy your Fruity Pebbles, you Yabba Dabba b---h,"he yelled.

The family-friendly WWE and Pebbles cereal seemed like a perfect match.

Johnson later tweeted to Cena: "I assume my royalty check for this is in the mail #YoureWelcomeJohn."

The boxes featuring Cena are in stores now.

John Cena to A-Rod: Sorry, I'm a Jeter fan

Alex Rodriguez was spotted at WrestleMania XXVIII with his just as buff girl, ex-WWE Diva Torrie Wilson, and he got a chance to meet with one of his favorite wrestlers — John Cena— before the grappler's match with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Witnesses said the New York Yankees slugger grinned like a kid meeting a super hero while seated in the front row of Sun Life Stadium in Miami and shaking Cena's hand.

A-Rod probably had his bubble burst when Cena hinted that he more of a Derek Jeter fan.

While A-Rod was gushing over the WWE star, Cena pointed down at his shoes.

"Tell your boy Derek I'm wearing his kicks," Cena told Rodriguez as he showed off his Nike Jordan Jeters.

No problem.  Rodriguez still had Wilson— who is known as "T-Bod" for her toned physique— to comfort him before Cena mixed it up with local favorite The Rock.

Backstage, after the match, A-Rod and Wilson looked happy, according to Page Six of the New York Post.

"They were joined at the hip," a spy said.  "A-Rod was backstage with her, then they stayed for the show.  They sat ringside, and he was really into it.  They were really affectionate and adorable together,"

Rodriguez also got a surprise when he ran into his teammate Robinson Cano— who also took in the festivities— after they both played an exhibition game against the Miami Marlins earlier in the day.

A-Rod shows off his $27 million Miami mansion to teammates

Alex Rodriguez made the most of his two-day series against the Marlins in his hometown of Miami before the regular season kicks off this week.

First, the New York Yankees third baseman showed off his new $27 million Miami Beach mansion to his teammates by throwing a barbecue bash on Saturday for fellow Yankees including: Derek Jeter, CC Sabathia, Russell  Martin, Nick Swisher and former-Yankee Tino Martinez, according to Page Six of the New York Post.

The brunch was a "low-key get together," with no wives or girlfriends, and the group feasted on a  spread of "healthy" poolside fare.

This is the same mega-house which A-Rod rented out to "Avatar" director Michael Bay for a scantily-clad Victoria's Secret photo shoot in February.

So what do a group of rich, young men with no wives or girlfriends hanging around do for entertainment on their day off?

According to Page Six, they stepped inside the batting cage Rodriguez had specially built inside his home to practice their hitting, while others were given a guided tour of the sprawling, water-front house— which he entirely rebuilt, and features minimal-designed interiors and top electronics.

Joba Chamberlain was reportedly not in attendence— while he recovers from his trampoline accident— and it sounds like none of the VS models were still slinking around either.

The next evening, A-Rod dumped the guys for a night out with ex-WWE Diva Torrie Wilson— the incredibly-toned beauty called "T-Bod" because of her physique.  They were spotted ringside at WrestleMania 28 in Miami on Sunday night.

Witnesses told Page Six the couple looked happy together and went backstage before watching John Cena battle The Rock.

Before entering the ring, Cena greeted the couple and Rodriguez was said to be gushing like some little kid meeting Jeter on the infield of Yankee Stadium.

Speaking of Jeter, a spy said, Cena pointed to his new Nike Jordan Jeters and told A-Rod to tell Jeter he was wearing his sneakers.

"Tell your boy Derek I'm wearing his kicks," said Cena.
