Things only keep getting worse for the New York Knicks. Just when the they battled back against the Dallas Mavericks and
Carmelo Anthony tied the game at 108, Dirk Nowitzki forces a shot that bounces four feet above the rim and, while the buzzer sounds, miraculously drops in for the winner.
The Knicks had blown big leads in their last two games, giving away a 14-point advantage at Orlando and a 17-point cushion at Atlanta, collapses that coach Mike Woodson called "mind-boggling."
He'll call this one heartbreaking.
Anthony finished the game with 44 points while Nowitzki had 15 and the winner for the Mavs' third straight victory.
