British halfpipe skier Rowan Cheshire spent Sunday night in hospital after the perilous Sochi ski course snared another victim.
The 18-year-old was knocked unconscious for a few minutes when she fell heavily on her face during a training run at the Rosa Khutor Extreme Park. The British Olympic Association confirmed she had concussion and that her condition would be monitored overnight.

Cheshire is due to compete on Thursday but her participation is now in jeopardy.
The competition she was taking part in had been postponed from Saturday because temperatures had topped 60F. Snowboarders had previously complained about the shape and condition of the halfpipe, prompting last-minute changes.
