The rapper was coaching his Young Money team at a “Stop the Violence” celebrity basketball game this weekend, when he nearly incited a brawl by spitting on the ref.
TMZ reported that Coach Weezy lost it when the ref made some calls in favor of the opposing team, led by St. Louis rapper Loose Cannon Slim.
Wayne allegedly charged the ref and launched a loogie at him. Police were called to the scene, but no one was arrested.
Proceeds from the event went to Put Down the Pistol, an anti-gun-violence program based in St. Louis.
A Suck Down the Spittle program is now in the works.
