Pro skateboarders rumble on the half-pipe and knife is pulled (VIDEO)

A couple of pro skateboarders got into an insane fight with a group of locals at an Illinois skate-park on Saturday and — after thrashing the hometown homies with their fists — somebody pulled a knife on the visiting sk8er boys.

The pugilistic action on the half-pipe took place at Asylum Skatepark in Lake Bluff — the owner told TMZ — and involved Don "The Nuge" Nguyen and Justin "Figgy" Figueroa who stopped by the park for a demo as part of Thrasher's Skate Rock Tour.

After The Nuge lands a few knuckles to one of the local boys' head, someone comes over to cover the skater's back and gets cold-cocked.

According to the owner, Nuge's team ruffled some locals' feathers when they requested the house DJ make room for his music instead — and a massive brawl broke out.
After several punches were thrown, someone yelled out, "He's got a knife."

Turns out the knife belonged to a local involved in the brawl — and he tells TMZ, he took out the blade to help stop the fight ... but quickly put it away when he realized it would only make a bad situation worse.

The irony, said TMZ, is that the  locals involved in the fight are all big Nuge fans —  and still are. Their tempers just got the better of them.
