Osi Umenyiora hits on Miss Universe

The New York Giants are in the midst of a modest one-game win streak and — considering the team's history of second half season swoons — they'll take it.

Better yet, if it's because of Osi Umenyiora's new good luck charm — Miss Universe Leila Lopes — we'll take it.

The Giants defensive end was seen "hiding out" in the back of Manhattan's Empire steakhouse with the   world-class beauty on Monday during a party to say farewell to her title.

Lopes, the first Angolan to ever win the title, was seen with the Giants two-time Pro-Bowler the night after Osi's team pounded the Green Bay Packers at MetLife Stadium.

Insiders are hoping she sticks around New York until after the playoffs "to keep his good luck coming," reports Page Six of the New York Post.

Giants fans might just want the 25-year-old Lopes to hang around anyway.

    2. 50 is not old and camacho looked good for a 50 year old. your getting confused with your neighbor who is pot bellied and never grooms himself. and maybe if you are 50 or when you get there you would hope for a good looking babe.

  5. That is one beautiful woman. Lucky Osi Umenyiora.

  6. Thats a beautiful woman, for sure. However, Osi Umenyiora should seek some advice from Andre Agassi about dating models not connected with sports; like the effect on Agassi's tennis while he dated and married Brooke Shields.

  9. So what, why do we care about the color of skin when it comes to being with someone! We are all humans and that is all that should matter.

    2. keep thinking that way, in fantasy land, it's a beautiful thought, but you should know better. especially when a good looking babe is with a big gorilla, that we all know if he was a regular joe she wouldn't give him the time of day.

    4. Props to Osi, and we should be happy for both of them if they love each other. Who cares about color of skin?...I'm caucasian and have dated white women, black women, bi-racial women, native american woman, and I married an asian woman. Never have I looked at color of skin, only cared if I was attracted to them, and if they also had inner beauty. It's the 21st century people and it is about time the melting pot of our world stop caring about why one partner chooses another.

  11. Yeah, as an 'Angolan', she is Black. Her surname, Lopes, is portuguese, as that is the official language of the African nation of Angola. Irrespective of that, she is hot, hot, hot!

  19. Don't know too much about her other than she is beautiful, but I don't think she IS Miss Universe. I think she was a Miss Universe and rightly so and maybe that title stays forever but I think the title of Miss Universe is a girl from Cranston, Rhode Island.
Tom D. from Narragansett, Rhode Island

  20. It's funny how all the haters on here are making negative comments about something they know nothing about...typical! They're just upset that they don't have a woman that looks like her. Yes, she was Miss Universe (2012) and the newly crowned Miss Universe for (2013) is from Rhode Island! With all that said, why is her skin color, nationality, birthplace or anything about her ethnicity even relevant to him dating her? Unbelievable that all the negative remarks are coming their way are from people that 1) obviously have low self-esteem about their own lives and 2)are either racist or stupid or both, which is probably the case here. She is from Africa, from African descent with some Portugese in there somewhere (based on her surname!) To all the haters out there -- realize and know this, ALL of us are mixed with something -- why don't you check your genealogical tree and see what's up in your own families... You can thank your forefathers for that! Africans did not ask to be brought here to be used as slaves and be raped -- that's why Washington, Jefferson and countless others had children with their black slaves. The commenter who said all black men want white women may have some truth to it...but I know one thing for sure...white men want black women too! If not, there wouldn't be multiracial people in the world TODAY if they weren't sleeping with all different types of women!

  22. I googled her, she is a beautiful brown skin young lady (the pic [this article] is way too light) and he is not too bad either. They will make a nice looking couple.

  23. She was on SHADE 45 this morning saying she was way single...so what up>!!?!?

    ReplyDelete
  24. With all this talk about multicolored relationships lets put it in perspective please: Every single human being alive is Black. "IS" - not was. Every single "race" is just a different variation of Blackness. If you consider yourself a "Human" then you are Black. Every "race" outside of Africa came into being from some 1,500-2,000 West Africans who migrated from Africa tens of thousands of years ago. Its just that the skin color/melanin varies from place to place. Except in most of Europe where these Black people have the absolute least of it(in their skin). Their bones, blood and everything else that makes them "Human" is from their more darker (i.e. Black) ancestors. Whites, Arabs, Asians are just extrapolated flavors of Black people. Non-Blacks probably get furious about this FACT but it is reality.

Understanding this, you guys paying attention to and fretting over what is nothing but the different shades of which Black people like/crave other shades is so simple-minded, useless and funny. Truth will set you all free. One love.

    1. Sorry, me again. I meant to say descendants of East Africans, not West. But more recent West Africans mixing with southern Europeans (I would guess from within the last 10,000 years) would explain why they are darker colored than their northern kin - and more shaplier too(Spanish, Italian and Portugese women)! Yum...
